We offer Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy for Home Health Agencies in Weber, Davis, Salt Lake and Utah Counties. Tell us your home therapy needs and the area where the services are needed, we will provide your agency with skilled and experienced therapists to complete home health visits and provide quality care with personalized treatments for your patients. All Therapy visits are documented with our HIPPA compliant EMR system in Kinnser within 48 hours post visits and will be accessible to you.
